Shipping
Processing Time
Journals ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Framed prints require 5–7 business days, and unframed prints ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized editions require 10–14 business days for crafting before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on all orders over $150. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Returns
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unwritten items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@rootsandreflectionsjournal.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized journals, custom prints, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
